Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UX/SEO Content Writer with 6–8 years of experience in user experience writing, SEO, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will create user-focused, search-optimized content that improves engagement and supports business goals. This role involves collaborating with UX designers, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop SEO-optimized website content and UX copy.

· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

· Write compelling, user-centric content that drives engagement and conversions.

· Facilitate UX workshops and content strategy sessions.

· Define and maintain content strategy for websites, intranet, and knowledge management platforms.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent voice, tone, and messaging.

· Support scalable knowledge base initiatives, including ServiceNow workflows.

Required Skill

· 6–8 years of experience in UX writing, SEO, and content strategy.

· Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.

· Experience with keyword research and SEO content optimization.

· Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

· Familiarity with ServiceNow knowledge management is a plus.
