Requirements

5 or more years of experience engineering and administering enterprise APM monitoring solutions utilizing Dynatrace.
Proficiency in deploying observability architectures across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and VMware environments.
Experience with migrating Dynatrace environments from on-premises Managed instances to SaaS architectures.
Experience in automating infrastructure alerting and system health checks using PowerShell or Bash scripting.
Experience with managing network protocols including DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, and enterprise log analysis.
Experience in integrating monitoring solutions with enterprise ITSM platforms such as Jira and ServiceNow.
Excellent communication skills to present baseline monitoring thresholds, KPIs, and root cause analysis to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize end-to-end observability and tracing solutions across the enterprise utilizing Dynatrace.
Monitor multi-cloud systems, virtual environments, databases, and core networking infrastructures to ensure high availability.
Coordinate the comprehensive onboarding of business-critical applications and microservices into the APM monitoring environment.
Develop real-time dashboards, alert thresholds, and automated health checks to minimize false positives.
Troubleshoot system and application-level performance bottlenecks across hybrid and distributed multi-cloud architectures.
Investigate security incidents and infrastructure trends to deliver comprehensive root cause analysis and resolve bottlenecks.
Standardize monitoring configurations, baseline KPI thresholds, and service level agreements (SLAs) for technical staff.
