Role: ITSM consultant
Location : Remote
We have been looking for an ITSM consultant , candidates form Canada and USA Acceptable
What we are looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with the current BMC Helix platform
- Not just prior BMC experience, we need someone who is a true Helix power user
- Technical enough to understand and work within the platform directly
- Strategic enough to help guide recommendations and improvements
- Strong communication skills and client-facing presence
- Able to be put in front of customers with confidence
- Does not need to be extremely senior, but must be hands-on, polished, and current with Helix
