Responsibilities:

• High-volume outbound LIVE leads engagement with small business owners across the US
• Asking merchant the right questions and helping them fill out a loan application
• Moving past "sales pitches" to become a strategic partner for your clients
• Learning to structure deals that stick and getting paid for the results you deliver

Requirements:

• Motivated, persuasive, and resilient Junior Advisors
• Ability to engage in high-volume outbound LIVE leads with small business owners across the US
• Ability to ask the right questions and help clients fill out loan applications
• Ability to move past sales pitches to become a strategic partner for clients
• Ability to structure deals that stick and get paid for results
• Self-starter who does not need a boss to hit dials

• Coachable and ready to master sales psychology and debt structuring
