The role involves designing software solutions, testing AI reasoning, and collaborating with researchers to improve AI understanding of coding and software development.

Responsibilities:

Design and solve real-world software engineering and algorithmic problems to test AI reasoning
Write clear, step-by-step coding solutions across data structures, APIs, debugging, and optimization techniques
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to software design principles
Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of code generation, problem-solving, and real-world development workflows

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Engineer, or Programmer
Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or Go
Excellent English communication and ability to document and explain code logic clearly
Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and agile development methodologies
