Safe Haven Security Services, LLC. is a dedicated home security company focused on providing peace of mind and protection to families. They are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to assist customers over the phone with internet packages, data entry, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training and professional development activities
- Perform quality assurance to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Accurately enter account information and customer data into the company’s database
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries related to internet and security services and package offerings
- Provide detailed information about internet packages, pricing, and available promotions
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable ADT services and internet plan based on their requirements (speed, usage, location, etc.)
- Assist customer by entering customer personal info and creating ADT profile
- Follow up with potential customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and support any issues
- Process orders, schedule installations, and provide necessary details regarding service activation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and company policies
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns, escalating issues when necessary to the appropriate department
- Meet or exceed department performance expectations
- Actively participate in staff development and meetings
- Work in a positive and collaborative manner with team members
- Be punctual and maintain a good attendance record
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Availability to work 5 days Monday - Saturday between the hours 10am - 10pm; this includes the 10-7, 11-8, and 1-10 shifts
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and be self-motivated
