Atrium Campus is a provider of campus card management solutions for various markets. The Sales Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction through the Atrium Sales Process.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed the sales quota in the annual compensation plan
- Leverage incoming leads, partner leads, cold calling, client referrals, social media, and trade shows to secure introduction calls
- Conduct introduction calls to diagnose client needs, communicate Atrium’s value proposition, and determine next steps in the Atrium Sales Process
- Lead responses to RFI/RFP processes using Atrium’s existing templates and processes
- Create quotes, business cases, and agreements leading to signed contracts and hand-offs to the Atrium Implementation team
- Develop successful, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and fostering trust
- Collaborate with partners to strengthen relationships and develop joint sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in Atrium’s CRM system
- Provide weekly written sales reports to the VP Sales
- Maintain an up-to-date sales forecast
- Orchestrate follow-up activities promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or Sales Account Manager
- Hands-on experience in sales with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- 3+ years' experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables effectively
- Proficiency in time management, documentation, and organizational skills
- Competence in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Slack, Google Suite, Atrium's CRM, and Gmail
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Preferably, experience in higher education campus card (One Card) business, including dining and retail operations, meal plans, declining balance accounts, attendance tracking, and physical access control
