Product Manager, Financial Infrastructure (Blockchain)

eCapital Corp. is on a mission to ignite growth and empower businesses across North America and the U.K. by accelerating their access to capital. The Product Manager will drive the success of fintech products by utilizing customer insights and data-driven decisions, working cross-functionally to define, develop, and launch features that create measurable business and customer value.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product initiatives involving blockchain infrastructure, tokenized transactions, and digital asset integrations
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage blockchain technology to enhance lending workflows, including receivables management, settlement, and transparency
• Act as the voice of the customer, using data, feedback, and market research to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and define success metrics
• Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable product requirements (PR/FAQs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, design, and operations to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope
• Drive execution from concept to launch, including stakeholder alignment, sprint planning, release readiness, and post-launch analysis
• Measure performance through usage data, feedback loops, and key performance indicators to guide continuous improvement
• Facilitate clear communication, documenting and presenting updates to stakeholders at multiple levels
• Translate complex concepts related to blockchain systems (e.g., transaction validation, immutability, settlement timing) into clear product requirements and user-friendly experiences
• Contribute to process improvement, refining how the product team plans, delivers, and measures success
• Champion eCapital’s leadership principles, earning trust, thinking big, delivering results, and maintaining a bias for action

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
• Strong interest in emerging financial technologies, including distributed systems and modern payment infrastructure
• Proven ability to deliver customer-facing products or platform capabilities from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS architectures, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and documentation skills — able to translate between technical and business audiences
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and make data-informed trade-offs
• Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment
• Experience working on products related to financial infrastructure, payments, or lending platforms that leverage modern ledger or distributed technologies
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts such as tokenization, transaction lifecycle, and distributed data systems
• Exposure to asset-backed financing models and opportunities to digitize or streamline those processes
• Understanding of real-time or cross-border payment systems, settlement processes, and financial data flows
• Experience navigating regulated financial environments, including compliance, auditability, and risk considerations in product design
• Experience with data analytics, AI/ML features, or automation-driven products
• Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance, or underwriting workflows
• Track record of improving customer satisfaction, efficiency, or adoption metrics
