CODADA is a market entry partner focusing on expanding their client base. The Business Development Manager for Eastern Europe will establish and nurture relationships with producers and manufacturers while identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Eastern European market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers and manufacturers
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs
- Present CODADA’s services to potential clients and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in Eastern Europe
- Strong network of contacts within the producer and manufacturing sectors
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
- Knowledge of local languages is a plus
