Job Title: Workforce Analytics Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE
Pay Rate: $60/HR (W2 Only)
Job/Role Description:
- This role will provide day-to-day analytics and process automation support for the Talent Strategy Execution team within Cybersecurity.
- This position will focus on analyzing workforce and headcount data, identifying manual processes, and building automated solutions to improve efficiency across the team.
- This role will support leadership with executive-level reporting and presentations by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including C-level audiences.
- Partner with team members to understand current workflows and proactively identify opportunities to automate processes using SharePoint and Power Automate.
- Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards while developing new reporting solutions to reduce reliance on external teams.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and recommend process improvements.
- Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from leadership, often with tight turnaround times, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and manage workforce-related data across multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accessibility for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Talent Strategy, Workforce Operations, and Technology teams to deliver timely and accurate analytics support.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated expertise in complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation (must-have).
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint and Power Automate to design and implement workflow automation solutions.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports in a business environment.
- Strong understanding of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and data transformation using Power Query.
- Experience working with people/workforce data, headcount reporting, or talent analytics in a large enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Copilot or other Generative AI tools to automate workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or executive-level reporting in a large corporate environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions.
