NO 3RD PARTIES AT ALL- MUST RESIDE IN HOUSTON TEXAS
Focus on defining the operating model, roles, governance, and vendor framework for longterm success.
Responsibilities- IMMEDIATE START- 3-MONTH CONTRACT
Review current SAM processes, governance, and vendor performance
Design future-state SAM operating model (structure, roles, processes)
Define retained organization and interfaces with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security
Build client vendor interaction model (governance, KPIs, service management, escalations)
Recommend updates to contracts, SLAs, service descriptions, RACI, and commercial governance
Deliver executive-ready recommendations and roadmap
Experience Needed
10+ years of SAM consulting and operating model design
Strong licensing, compliance, and enterprise SAM tool expertise
Management consulting background with TOM/governance design
Experience defining retained orgs and vendor governance for managed services
Skilled in SLAs, service descriptions, RACI, and contract schedules
Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
