Full Stack Software Engineer – CET Time Zone Preferred

The Leadership Circle is reimagining how leadership grows through personalized, continuous experiences. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and deliver new platform capabilities using modern technologies and contribute to both frontend and backend development.

Responsibilities:

• Help build and evolve our next-generation platform
• Design and deliver new platform capabilities using modern technologies including Next.js, NestJS, and Aurora PostgreSQL
• Work across the full stack, contributing to everything from frontend user experiences to backend services and data models
• Play a key role in shaping implementation decisions and contributing to architectural discussions
• Deliver scalable and reliable solutions in close collaboration with senior technical leadership
• Actively use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase overall engineering effectiveness

Requirements:

• Experience with modern technologies including Next.js, NestJS, and Aurora PostgreSQL
• Ability to work across the full stack, contributing to frontend user experiences, backend services, and data models
• Experience in shaping implementation decisions and contributing to architectural discussions
• Ability to deliver scalable and reliable solutions in collaboration with senior technical leadership
• Active, consistent, and advanced use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code
• Embracing AI as a fundamental part of software design, development, and maintenance
