They are seeking an RPA Power Automate Engineer to develop and support automation solutions, engage with clients, and collaborate with team members to enhance project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop
- Assist in evaluating business processes to identify automation opportunities under the guidance of senior engineers
- Follow Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices to ensure version control and change management standards are met
- Help integrate RPA workflows with enterprise systems, data sources, and existing business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing RPA solutions, escalating complex problems as needed
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and understand business needs alongside senior team members
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide status updates and surface questions
- Support the delivery of demos, walkthroughs, and training materials for clients adopting RPA solutions
- Build positive working relationships with client contacts and respond promptly to inquiries and support requests
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and senior engineers to support project goals
- Document processes, workflows, and technical designs using Confluence
- Track and manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow
- Ensure solutions adhere to organizational security, compliance, and quality standards
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional software development experience
- Hands-on experience or coursework with RPA tools, preferably Power Automate Desktop and/or Power Automate Cloud
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic programming or scripting skills in one or more of the following: PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, C#, or .NET
- Familiarity with Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM) concepts and version control practices
- Understanding of RPA design principles, exception handling, and process governance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a collaborative team environment
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate or RPA Developer Associate
- Exposure to other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services
- Prior internship or project experience involving client-facing work or consulting
