Responsibilities:
- Connect with pre-qualified leads and clients through phone and virtual platforms (Zoom) to review their coverage options—no cold calling or door-to-door sales
- Act as a trusted Benefits Advisor, consulting with individuals and families to guide them through customized financial protection plans that meet their specific needs
- Follow our structured, proven sales system designed for consistent results, high conversion, and rapid skill development
- Maintain accurate digital client relations records and hit weekly performance standards
- Collaborate alongside a high-energy remote sales team focused on growth, leadership, and professional development
Requirements:
- Must be legally based in the United States
- Must be open and willing to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license (we provide complete study guidance, tools, and material support)
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and great interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently from a professional home environment
- Basic tech literacy (comfortable with Email, Zoom, and navigating simple digital platforms)
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for professional Zoom interactions
- Background in sales, account management, retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles is highly valued but not mandatory
