
Dauphin County Domestic Relations is currently accepting applications for the full-time, day shift position Department Clerk 2 (Dockets). The employee in this position is responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical support services related to docketing. In addition to utilizing and updating the statewide computerized child support database, the position requires entering court orders; filing paperwork, scanning, responding to inquiries for docket information and orders; copying, certifying, and distributing court orders to the public. Ensures adherence to standards and schedules prescribed by Federal, State and County authorities.
EDUCATION/TRAINING
High School Diploma or an Equivalency exam.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a professional office environment; must have adequate knowledge of computer skills; and be capable of operating general office machines.
This is a union position. The starting hourly rate is $16.03/$33,342 annually.
