Our F100 client located near Cleveland, OH is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst for a REMOTE, 12-month contract position (will follow an ET schedule). In this role, you'll be responsible for executing procurement processes relating to the acquisition of IT labor (Professional Services/SOW, Staff Augmentation, etc). This role ensures contracts align with business needs and contract requirements, working closely with suppliers, cross-functional stakeholders, and teammates. The analyst functions as a Procurement advisor, stewards customers and stakeholders through key aspects of the process, and presents recommendations and seeks approval from various cross-functional leaders. This role will need to manage multiple active deals concurrently, including proper and timely maintenance of all data associated with these deals.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Executes sourcing and procurement activities such as contract development, contract negotiation, contract approvals, and requisition processing.
- Coordinates with all teams such as legal, information security, risk domain, IT and Business Groups, and vendors to ensure all requirements, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
- Analyzes, structures, redlines, and negotiates contracts to ensure contracts are cost-effective, legally compliant, and meet customer needs.
- Facilitates cross-functional stakeholder meetings during the contracting process.
- Sets customer and vendor expectations while navigating the sourcing and negotiation processes.
- Collaborates with and supports other team members on their active deals.
- Updates contract data records and maintains data quality across all procurement systems. Audits contract data for accuracy and completeness.
- Performs pricing analysis; drives savings and optimized cost structure wherever possible.

Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of procurement process; contract negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience with procurement systems (Coupa, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Negotiation skills; ability to influence others and gain commitment.
- Strong project management and facilitation skills; able to keep multiple deals progressing to successful conclusion in coordination with various cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively solve problems, perform data analysis, and develop solutions.
- Mindset which is detail-oriented, quality-focused, deadline-driven, and rigorous. Enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate-level Excel knowledge for data and cost analysis (Pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to present information to meet varying audience needs.
