Product Designer

LevelTen Energy is on a mission to accelerate the energy transition by running the world’s largest clean energy marketplace. As a Product Designer, you will shape the future of renewable energy procurement by designing innovative solutions that streamline the procurement process for energy buyers, developers, and financiers.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design: Participate in the product design process from concept to completion, helping ensure seamless integration and user experience across the entire platform
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and use quantitative data to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement
• Innovative Solutions: Develop creative and effective design solutions that address complex challenges in renewable energy procurement. Utilize emerging technologies to improve the user experience
• Collaboration: Work closely with other product designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
• Design Systems: Help maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product lines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product design in B2B SaaS, startup environments
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for understanding their needs to create intuitive and impactful design solutions
• Eager to take on new challenges and grow into their craft
• Can balance between more elegant vs. scrappy, iterative solutions based on user and business needs
• Has experience working closely with product management and engineering — understanding business and product needs and technical implications
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
• A forward-thinker who is excited to leverage new technologies, such as AI, to enhance product design and user experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality design solutions
