They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve key areas of their Sports product portfolio, partnering closely with various teams to drive product direction and deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for defined areas of the Sports experience across web platforms
- Translate audience insights, business objectives, and company strategy into clear product direction and prioritized initiatives
- Partner with design and research to identify user needs and validate solutions through rapid experimentation
- Work closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
- Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance, inform decisions, and continuously optimize outcomes
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders, resolve trade-offs, and ensure successful product delivery
- Establish and track KPIs that measure the impact of product investments on engagement, retention, and revenue
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in product management for consumer-facing digital products
- Strong understanding of Agile development processes and experience working closely with engineering teams
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to inform strategy, test hypotheses, and measure success
- Experience with product discovery methods, including user research and experimentation
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and executable plans
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Bias toward action, with a track record of shipping impactful products
- media or sports experience preferred
