They are seeking a Senior Manager, B2B Growth Marketing to drive the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that support brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & Lead Strategy Integrated Campaign Architecture: Architect and implement full-funnel B2B marketing strategies for major global campaigns and product launches, with a specialized focus on demand generation, lead nurturing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Audience Alignment: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to develop sharp campaign messaging, high-value assets, and targeted audience segmentation strategies that align with specific buyer personas and lifecycle stages
- Execute & Optimize Across Channels Multi-Channel Oversight: Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across marketing automation, paid media, email, web, content marketing, and SEO/SEM, ensuring all channels are coordinated to drive predictable pipeline growth
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (impressions, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution) and aggressively optimize in-flight campaigns based on real-time data
- Conversion Optimization: Run structured A/B testing and leverage attribution tools to continuously improve digital conversion paths and maximize campaign ROI
- Internal Stakeholder Advisory & Project Management Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Act as the primary growth marketing strategist for internal stakeholders and lines of business, providing senior-level counsel, managing expectations, and building strong, trusted cross-functional relationships
- Structured Project Management: Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for complex digital initiatives
- Build and maintain a global B2B campaign calendar, coordinating across creative, paid media, and analytics teams to ensure flawless delivery
- Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendors and external creative contractors where necessary, ensuring deliverables meet OffSec's quality standards and timelines
- Tech Stack & Automation Integrity MarTech Mastery: Leverage our core infrastructure—specifically HubSpot and Salesforce—for sophisticated campaign execution, automated nurture tracks, and granular reporting
- Revenue Operations Alignment: Partner with the RevOps team to maintain campaign data integrity, ensure accurate tracking links, and build robust multi-touch attribution models that map marketing spend directly to revenue
