Claims Team Lead – Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance

Experience Required

5 to 8 years of end-to-end claims handling experience.

At least 2 year of team management or leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of claims handlers/adjusters.

Manage work allocation, team productivity, and SLA performance.

Review complex claims and provide guidance on coverage and liability decisions.

Monitor quality, customer service, and operational performance.

Conduct file reviews, training sessions, and performance discussions.

Handle escalations and ensure timely claim resolution.

Support new transitions, workflow, SOP creation, and process improvements.

Prepare performance reports and communicate with stakeholders.
