Job responsibility
RESPONSIBILITY
Position involves following areas of responsibility –
- Portfolio level tracking of outstanding
- Own account-level tracking of outstanding balances and receivables to ensure timely collections
- Achieve Timely Bill Submission, collection, PDD, and assigned KPI targets through structured follow-ups and escalation management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a single point of contact for account-related concerns
- Perform customer account reconciliation and conduct regular interlocks with customers for closure of open items
- Capture customer issues on time, ensure appropriate logging, and drive timely reconciliation and resolution
- Take proactive actions to prevent aging, disputes, and credit risk exposure
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Network and Finance teams to resolve billing, service, and operational issues
- Conduct customer visits (especially large / strategic accounts) to assess service levels, receive feedback, and strengthen partnerships
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, collection processes, and governance standards
- Cross function interaction both within Business & other functions like Network, Finance for issue closure.
