The Job
- Provide comprehensive professional support to General Manager and/or Senior Manager in planning and land matters including market research and project appraisal, and disposal of properties
- Prepare and carry out tender activities and coordinate with consultants for deliverables
- Conduct critical analyses and prepare materials for the purpose of land/property valuation
- Supervise and coaching the team members in their roles
The Person
- Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practice Division) or of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (GP Division), with 5 years’ post-qualification experience; OR
- Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Property Management or related disciplines, with at least 8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent;, OR
- Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 10 years or above relevant experience.
- Be well-versed with the government machinery and land administration and valuation procedures
- Experience in land administration and property investment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
