What you’ll do at DBH:
Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor responsible for the pharmaceutical services at NBH and overseeing the daily operations. This role also includes inventory control, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory standards. Maintaining high standards of patient care and safety while also providing support to (CSN) Community Service Network leadership. Supervising pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other pharmacy staff and providing training.
Key Duties:
Ensure efficient operations of pharmacy services at all sites
Responsible for overall management and daily operations
Supervise pharmacy staff
Responsible for inventory control
Participate in patient-care decisions related to medications
Assist with the development and implementation of patient self-medication program
Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
Serve on designated committees
Orientate Staff
Maintain facility appointment with two universities
This is an hourly position and is exempt from the bargaining units, with a pay range of 17 on the E1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Flexible Schedule).
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.

Position Qualifications
Current & valid license to practice pharmacy as issued by Ohio State Board of Pharmacy, pursuant to Sections 4729.01 to 4729.29, inclusive of Ohio Revised Code.
OR
12 mos. exp. as Pharmacist, 65411.
OR
alternative, equivalent evidence of the major worker characteristics, noted above may be substituted for the experience required, but not for the mandated licensure.
