Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) - Full Time

Monet Financial Technologies GmbH is a company founded in 2020 that helps consumers manage their finances through products like Finodo and Bonimo. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to write and ship production code, build new features, and collaborate with various teams to enhance user experience and drive company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Write and ship production code that has meaningful and measurable user and business impact
• Envision, build and analyse new features and tools, each contributing to company growth and revenue
• Work with a small cross functional team
• Collaborate with Moneteers all over the company, whether in engineering, marketing, support, etc
• Help thousands of Monet customers meet their goals and help them manage their finances, stemming from changes you’ve made
• Implement experiments that give us valuable insights into user behaviour and how to improve their experience
• Get exposure to how Monet works as a business

Requirements:

• You have 5+ years of software engineering experience
• You have a degree in computer science (or equivalent)
• You love to work in an agile way and have a 'getting things done' mentality
• You already have experience in backend or app development and are fimiliar with scalable software architecture, microservices, Java/Kotlin or Javascript
• You are fimiliar with CI/CD tools, Hibernate and Docker
• You have an affinity for fintechs and excellent communication skills in English (German optional)
