About this role
VBeyond Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in system analysis, data mapping, and integration projects. The ideal candidate will have experience understanding Performio functionality/capabilities, modeling processes, and supporting successful delivery of data interface projects.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements
- Perform detailed system and data analysis, process modeling, and documentation
- Map Performio data to/from third-party and custom systems such as SAP, Workday, Data Lake, and Territory Management platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define data mapping and integration requirements
- Analyze the impact of data feed changes on Performio integrations, business rules, and calculations
- Facilitate testing of multiple data feeds to validate integrations and data integrity
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business logic and commission calculations
- Manage assignments across multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery
Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong Business Analysis background
- 10+ years of experience in systems/data analysis and large-scale project implementations
- Experience working with Performio or similar compensation management systems
- Strong experience in data modeling, data mapping, and system integrations
- Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience creating process flows, data flows, and analysis documentation
- Strong understanding of compensation management and commission-based systems
- Experience with sales management systems and multi-tier sales channel structures
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC Sales & Billing
- Knowledge of Sales Compensation processes
- Experience with Jira
- Data Lake experience (GCP/BigQuery preferred)
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with PeopleSoft
- Manufacturing industry experience
- CBAP or similar Business Analysis certification
