Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst

Tek Leaders Inc is seeking a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst. The role involves leading a team of business analysts and requires extensive experience in Salesforce delivery and business analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Years of SF delivery experience in agile delivery
• Years of experience as a client facing functional lead in charge of other BAs
• Health Cloud exp is a huge plus
• Some SF configuration or admin abilities are a huge plus
• Familiar with APIs and integrations and data migrations
• Discovery experience and structured requirements gathering
• User story creation from requirements with disciplined structure
• Writing test scripts a huge plus
