Business Analyst-Performio/Sales Compensation -Only W2

VBeyond Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Contractor to understand Performio functionality and model data between various systems. The role involves eliciting requirements, performing detailed analysis, and ensuring the successful delivery of data interface projects.

Responsibilities:

• Eliciting, documenting, and mapping Performio data to/from 3rd party and custom systems (e.g, SAP, Workday, Datalake, Territory Management)
• Collaborating with the project stakeholders to analyze the: needs, processes, and data mapping requirements to be developed by the technical team
• Facilitate testing of multiple data feeds from source systems to validate integrations
• Facilitate testing of multiple data feeds from source systems to validate data integrity
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing to validate business logic and commission calculations
• Responsible for completing assignments with the ability to work on 1-3 projects

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related majors
• 10+ years of IT experience; preferably in enterprise Business-to-Business durable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing
• 10+ years' experience in systems/data analysis with a proven record of successful large scale project implementations
• Experience in SAP S4 Hana or SAP ECC Sales and Billing is a plus
• Experience in Sales Compensation related topics are a plus
• Experience in Jira is a plus
• Experience in Data Lake knowledge (GCP or BigQuery is a plus)
• Experience in Azure is a plus
• Experience in Peoplesoft is a plus
• Experience in Manufacturing is a plus
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus
