About this role
ZealTech is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce programs. The role involves coordinating across various teams, managing project execution, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, coordinating across business, product, and engineering teams
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication for Salesforce initiatives
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical and program plans
- Monitor program performance, resolve dependencies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards
Requirements:
