Founding Operations Lead

Liva AI is a multimodal data company focused on building inclusive and emotionally intelligent AI. They are hiring a Founding Operations Lead to manage data collection projects, oversee contributors, and create scalable operational systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design data collection, QA, and annotation processes from scratch
• Work with top AI labs to understand their feedback and improve the quality of the data
• Help design workflows where humans and AI agents work together effectively
• Manage contributors, contractors, and day-to-day project execution
• Turn messy, manual workflows into clear systems that can scale across future projects
• Track project quality, speed, and blockers to make sure data is delivered on time and meets customer requirements
