Product Designer III (Claude/AI)

BCforward is a leading global IT consulting and workforce solutions firm providing services and support to Fortune 500 and government clients. They are seeking a Product Designer III to join their team, focusing on designing AI-native research and analytics tools while collaborating with various teams to drive design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on research tools across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Partner closely with engineering, product management, and content design to drive execution
• Navigate the intersection of research operations, AI, compliance, and user experience
• Collaborate with designers across Experimentation Platform, Metrics Platform, and AI for Data Analytics within Decision Platform

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio. Candidates must submit a portfolio with the resume
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, vibe coding, or similar AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to independently take a problem from ambiguity to a clear, well-reasoned design solution beyond visual execution
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work US remote while aligning to PST hours
• Experience designing for data platforms, research tools, analytics tools, or compliance workflows
• Proficiency in Figma
• Systems thinking with the ability to identify patterns and design coherent workflows across a complex platform
• Comfort with rapidly evolving requirements and priorities
