The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the holistic omnichannel strategy to optimize go-to-market performance, including local activation and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Develop community attack playbook using appropriate channels
- Optimize GTM performance across all channels
- Create omnichannel strategies to maximize impact
- Ensure experience consistency across all touchpoints
- Create holistic view of event and activation calendar
- Prioritize, coordinate, and enable community events and activities
- Manage local activation in Falcon communities
- Coordinate launches and local initiatives
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination
- Coordinate with channel, product, and operations teams
- Facilitate collaboration between different functions
- Manage interdependencies between initiatives
- Develop playbooks
- Create and manage training cadence
- Attend training and support field sales teams
- Coordinate marketing assets for channels, partners, influencers
- Develop social selling strategies
- Create social media playbooks
- Develop campaigns, rallies, scripts, etc
