Allstate Insurance Co. is a leading organization focused on protecting families and their belongings. The Business Conduct Senior Consultant II role involves leveraging data and analytics to identify trends, assess risks, and support governance practices across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential business conduct risks
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support risk mitigation strategies and business decision-making
- Execute SQL queries to investigate trigger behaviors, analyze data, and provide meaningful summaries to investigative teams
- Compile, cleanse, organize, and interpret large datasets to understand business outcomes and emerging issues
- Conduct risk assessments and trend analyses, including cost-benefit evaluations and business impact assessments
- Partner with business, technology, compliance, and operational teams to deliver effective solutions
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert and liaison between stakeholders across the organization
- Translate technical findings into clear, compelling insights for non-technical audiences
- Create and deliver presentations, dashboards, and executive updates that communicate key findings and recommendations
- Support project planning and execution for multiple initiatives of varying complexity
- Ensure appropriate documentation, due diligence, and governance standards are maintained throughout project and issue resolution activities
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of business conduct monitoring, reporting, and prevention programs
Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, execute, analyze, and explain query results
- Experience using data to identify trends, risks, anomalies, or business opportunities
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a collaborative environment
- Power BI experience, including dashboard creation and data visualization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
- Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Experience supporting risk, compliance, governance, audit, investigative, or business analytics functions
