About this role
Navasal Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams to implement scalable CRM applications and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications and features
- Build and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities
- Optimize application performance and ensure platform scalability
- Implement security controls, sharing rules, and permission models
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Maintain technical documentation and support production environments
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications and features
- Build and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities
- Optimize application performance and ensure platform scalability
- Implement security controls, sharing rules, and permission models
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Maintain technical documentation and support production environments
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices
- Candidates must be highly independent—no hand-holding
- Team has limited capacity, so they need very senior-level resources
- AWS experience is a must-have (non-negotiable)
- Candidates must have hands-on AWS cloud experience
- AWS certifications are a strong nice-to-have/bonus
