HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm partnering with a leading enterprise client undergoing a major marketing technology transformation. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead the initiative, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Adobe Journey Optimizer and drive project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the migration of email campaigns from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from planning through launch
- Partner with marketing, development, QA, operations, and business teams to keep projects moving forward
- Track campaign assets, customer journeys, and launch readiness
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving timely resolution
- Facilitate project meetings, maintain project plans, and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Help ensure successful campaign launches while meeting key business deadlines
- Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably supporting marketing technology or digital marketing initiatives
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet
- Ability to proactively identify risks and keep projects on track
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
