IT Project Manager - Healthcare Analytics & Payment Technology

The Judge Group is seeking an IT Project Manager specializing in Healthcare Analytics and Payment Technology. This role involves leading high-impact projects that enhance payment accuracy and operational efficiency within healthcare systems.

Responsibilities:

• Own full project lifecycle delivery—from initiation to close—for healthcare payment and analytics initiative
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and executive status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, analytics, operations, and technology
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure delivery stays on track for scope, timeline, and budget
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate meetings, decision-making, and clear communication across internal teams and external partners
• Ensure governance standards, documentation, and delivery readiness are met
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in reporting, documentation, and communication
• Promote best practices across project management and delivery team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare, payments, or analytics environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare analytics, reimbursement models, or payment workflows
• Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira) and both Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, resolve issues, and drive execution
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in healthcare operations, payment integrity, or financial systems
