The position is part of KPMG’s Capabilities Hubs (CH), supporting UK knowledge management services.
Focus is on managing and enhancing the UK Intranet platform (SharePoint Online).
The role supports content management, intranet operations, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality, up-to-date information delivery across the organization.
Manage and maintain UK Intranet sites (SharePoint Online).
Ensure BAU tasks are completed on time with quality and stakeholder communication.
Build and configure SharePoint pages/sites using OOTB features.
Oversee content management:
Keep content updated and relevant
Work with content owners on lifecycle decisions
Perform intranet housekeeping:
Manage permissions
Maintain platform standards
Support intranet initiatives led by senior team members.
Coordinate with relevantteams for workflow and issue resolution.
Participate in UATs, pilot runs, and testing activities.
Handle ad-hoc requests and support tasks.
Execute content lifecycle activities:
Audits, metadata tagging, uploads/deletions
Prepare metrics and reporting.
Education & Experience
B.Tech / BCA degree
0–12 months of relevant/domain experience
Technical Skills
SharePoint Online (OOTB features, page creation, web parts, lists/libraries)
Basic SharePoint permissions management
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Exposure to O365 tools (PowerApps, Power Automate/Power BI preferred)
Basic understanding of JSON (preferred)
Enabling Skills
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Team player with attention to detail
Ability to manage client interactions/calls
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
