
We are looking for a Tele caller Executive responsible for connecting buyers and sellers, facilitating meetings, and driving deal closures in a C2C vehicle marketplace. The role also involves pitching value-added services (VAS) such as retail finance and RC transfer to buyers.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with buyers and sellers to facilitate communication and coordination
• Drive Agree to Visit by convincing both parties to agree on a meeting
• Ensure meeting completion through proper follow-ups and coordination
• Support the funnel from Lead to Complete the purchase between seller & buyer
• Follow up consistently to improve meeting and conversions
• Pitch and convert VAS services like:
o Retail Finance
o RC Transfer
o Other revenue services
• Maintain accurate updates in CRM/system after every interaction
• Handle objections and ensure a smooth customer experience
Required Skills
• Strong communication, persuasion skills and ability to handle both buyer & sellers.
• Good negotiation and objection-handling ability and High follow-up discipline
• Inside sales or Tele sales experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of vehicles (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada or Tamil . Need at least one between Tamil or Kannada language.
