In this role, you'll:
Manage and deliver end-to-end testing and assurance activities across complex technology platforms and systems. This role combines hands-on testing with leadership responsibility, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and align with industry best practices and quality standards. You will design test strategies, coordinate test execution (manual and automated), and provide insight through reporting and analysis to support decision-making. Working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, you will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to mitigate risks, resolve quality issues, and drive consistent testing outcomes.

About you
The ideal candidate is an experienced testing professional with a strong background in leading test delivery while remaining hands-on across all phases, including SIT and UAT. You bring expertise in test planning, automation, assurance practices, and defect management within complex, integrated environments. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and manage competing priorities effectively. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who can navigate complexity, influence outcomes, and consistently deliver high-quality testing results.
