About this role
- Takes charge for the daily repair and maintenance of all slot machines, table electronic, gaming shufflers and related equipment on the casino floor
- Identifies slot electronic malfunction
- Monitors slot machines & tables on the floor ensuring a fair and legal play.
- Ensures all slot machines are secured
- Monitors all repairs through the slot logbook or maintenance record.
- Fills up the machine log whenever the EGM need to be opened.
- Maintains slot signage and progressive displays, proper clean and in good working condition.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
- Informs the Slot Tech Supervisor regarding any slot machines issues.
- Informs the Slot Tech Supervisor prior operate in any EGM, Signage or Casino Link systems.
- Display a high level of professionalism in appearance and conduct.
- Performs all assigned duties efficiently, technically correctly, follows company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Superiors, adheres to procedures and achieves a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction
- Updates oneself and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Company's rules and regulations.
- Always be clean and properly dressed while on duty.
- Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross culture communications.
