This position provides supervision of the Outpatient (Retail) Pharmacy in the main lobby area of Swedish First Hill Medical Center. The pharmacy is operated by Credena Health, the retail/outpatient pharmacy division of Providence/Swedish. This position has daily operational control in the pharmacy. The Pharmacy Supervisor serves as the legal Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and is responsible for ensuring the pharmacy is in compliance with the Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations and other state and federal laws. Responsibilities include management of pharmacy operations, performance management including supervision of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks, and other pharmacy staff. The Pharmacy Supervisor will work with local universities to precept students. The Pharmacy Supervisor will oversee workflow development, production efficiency, and operational execution. The Pharmacy Supervisor will be responsible for the executing the financial and growth strategies and budgets. Additionally, this position will assist the pharmacy leadership with implementation and promotion related to regional and system pharmacy strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
- Upon hire:
- Washington Pharmacist License --or--
- Washington Pharmacist Temporary License
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist Preceptor License
- 1 year of retail or specialty practice experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- PharmD in Pharmacy, or equivalent educ/experience
- 1 year of experience acting as a pharmacist-in-charge
- 1 year of experience in a leadership/supervisory role

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
