About this roleThe Measurement team is responsible for demonstrating and improving the effectiveness of advertising on TikTok. We partner with advertisers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to interpret campaign performance, shape measurement strategies, and unlock stronger business outcomes through data-driven insights. Sitting at the intersection of sales, product, analytics, and marketing, we help clients understand how TikTok drives results across branding and performance objectives, while also influencing the evolution of measurement products, solutions, and partnerships.
- Partner primarily with large global advertisers to provide good measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients and agencies
- Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams
About the role
As a Measurement Partner, you'll advance TikTok's measurement agenda across a global portfolio of strategic, high-visibility accounts. This is an experienced, hands-on IC role within Measurement, equal parts rigorous analyst and trusted strategic partner. You'll design measurement strategies, shape learning agendas, deliver advanced analytical projects yourself, and bring best-in-class measurement practices to the accounts you own.

Responsibilities
- Own the measurement relationship across a portfolio of flagship and strategic accounts, developing tailored strategies and learning agendas aligned to client business objectives
- Embed experimental rigor across incrementality, lift studies, attribution, and media mix modeling, and personally deliver the analytical projects that prove TikTok's effectiveness
- Translate complex data and measurement findings into clear, compelling recommendations for clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Partner with regional and local sales teams to align on account priorities and deliver the highest service levels to clients and agencies
- Serve as a trusted measurement advisor to key clients, media agencies, and research vendors
- Partner closely with Sales, Client Solutions, Product Marketing, Measurement Product, Business Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact support
- Build and scale measurement frameworks, programs, and best practices that address recurring advertiser needs
- Synthesize client and agency feedback to inform future product enhancements, partnership priorities, and go-to-market strategy
