The Senior Facilities Specialist will oversee active construction projects at our DMTN campus. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction, including budget tracking, safety protocols, and daily operations. The specialist will work closely with DENSO departments to understand project requirements and ensure effective communication. They will also lead and assist in project leadership, providing support to the team as needed. This role may require travel to other DENSO locations for project management assistance.

Minimum Qualifications
• Associates Degree in Engineering or Project Management. A combination of degree and experience can be considered.

Annual Salary: $73,000 - $91,000

- Create and track purchase requisitions for construction materials and services.

- Conduct weekly progress meetings with the team and stakeholders to review project status.
- Create and maintain punch lists to track and address construction-related issues.
- Assist in project leadership, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Oversee contractor work, especially during weekends and holidays, ensuring safe practices.
- Travel to other SSR DENSO locations as needed to assist with project management.
- Associates Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management, with a preference for 2-5 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for budget tracking and data management.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, including checkbook balancing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for project management support when required.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices is preferred.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address construction challenges.
