Job Description
- Palo Alto Firewall Rules/Routing/IPsec tunnels/Policy based packet inspection/Panorama Management/Deployment & Integration.
- This needs to be something they are currently or have within the last 2 years worked on.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary intake for connectivity questions and requests
- Gather technical details and ensure proper submission through approved workflows
- Maintain case logs, troubleshooting notes, status updates, and resolution timelines
- Create templates and checklists to improve request quality from non-technical users
- Facilitate proactive identification of routing/firewall inconsistencies
- Support documentation and knowledge base updates
- Collaborate closely with network & firewall engineers to ensure accurate request routing
