Location: Kansas City, MO 64111 (Hybrid - Onsite 2-3 Days per Week)

Duration: 12+ Month Contract (Extension Possible)

Rate: Up to $70/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise AI and advanced analytics initiatives. This role requires strong program management expertise, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to drive collaboration across technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing AI, data, or analytics programs in an Agile environment and will be comfortable working with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and advanced analytics programs using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with IT, Data, Analytics, and Business teams to define project scope, roadmaps, timelines, and value realization strategies.
• Establish program governance frameworks and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and program status updates.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption strategies, and organizational change management initiatives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused communications for leadership teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of AI-driven business solutions.
• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing AI, Data, Analytics, or Advanced Analytics programs.
• Strong background delivering complex enterprise initiatives in Agile environments.
• Experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent program governance, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with executive and C-level audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of change management and organizational adoption strategies.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
