About this role
- Production Order Management Create, release, schedule, and technically complete production orders; resolve order variances and settlement issues.
- BOM Management Maintain Bills of Material, routing data, and master data required for production execution.
- Material Consumption Support backflushing, manual consumption postings, and reconciliation of component usage.
- Goods Receipt & Goods Issue Execute and troubleshoot GR/GI postings for raw materials, semifinished, and finished goods.
- Inventory Management Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and support monthend closing.
- Integration Support Ensure seamless data flow between PP, MM, QM, SD, and FI modules.
- EWM Coordination Collaborate with warehouse teams to align inbound/outbound processes, staging, and production supply (preferred).
- Master Data Governance Maintain material masters, work centers, production versions, and procurement data.
- User Training & Documentation Create SOPs, train end users, and support UAT cycles.
- Issue Resolution Provide L2/L3 support for PP/MM-related incidents and enhancements.
