Job Summary:
Seeking an AI Service Delivery Lead to serve as a blended Project Manager (40%) and Technical Lead (60%) supporting AI, automation, and marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive delivery of AI-enabled capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI, automation, and marketing technology initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and technical workshops
- Develop or support proof-of-concepts using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low-code/no-code platforms
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
- Coordinate across Marketing, IT, business teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, automation, or technology delivery
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, integrations, or low-code/no-code tools
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology workflows and business processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Transformation, or AI Transformation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, chatbots, or automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, change management, and project governance
- Experience working with IT, Security, Data, Compliance, and Governance teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $88.46 per hour.
