A Senior Helix Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining enterprise ITSM solutions using the BMC Helix platform. The role is typically hands-on (development-heavy) with added technical leadership, architecture input, and stakeholder collaboration.
Strong expertise in:
oBMC Helix ITSM / Innovation Suite / Remedy
oBMC Helix migrations
oWorkflow development (Active Links, Filters, Escalations)
oAPIs & integrations (REST/SOAP)
Solution Design & Development.
Develop and customize ITSM modules.
Workflow & Automation Development-Developer Studio / Innovation Studio.
Enable application migration from the old platform to Innovation Studio.
Integration & API Development.
Design and maintain CMDB data models and asset lifecycles
Configure.
Develop dashboards and reports (Helix Dashboards, KPI tracking).
