Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Technical Product Manager with 12+ years of experience leading enterprise digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and working closely with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
Gather business requirements and convert them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage product backlogs and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Architecture, UX, and business stakeholders.
Drive delivery of digital platforms involving billing, payments, customer experience, and system integrations.
Support release planning, UAT, production deployments, and issue resolution.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Required Skills
12+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analysis experience.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, or similar tools.
Experience with enterprise platforms, digital products, billing, payments, or customer-facing applications.
Good understanding of APIs, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with UAT, Release Management, and Production Support.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Telecom, FinTech, Digital Commerce, or Subscription-based platforms.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Azure, Jenkins, GitLab, Splunk, SQL, Tableau, or Kafka.
SAFe, Scrum, PMP, or Product Owner certifications.
Education
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
