Everlage is a white-label event operating system designed for professional event operators. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify potential customers in the events and corporate market, manage outreach, and schedule product demos.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers in relevant event-related markets
- Contact prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, and social channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on customer fit and business need
- Schedule product demos and sales conversations
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM
- Work closely with the Everlage team to improve outreach messaging and sales positioning
- Share market feedback from conversations with prospects
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with experience researching prospects and managing outreach workflows
- Strong Communication and Sales skills, including clear spoken and written communication and comfort engaging decision-makers
- Business Development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and position solutions effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and stay organized using CRM and sales tools
- 1–3 years in a sales or SDR/BDR role, preferably in B2B SaaS or events/marketing technology
- Curiosity about event technology and a willingness to learn Everlage's platform, market, and buyer personas quickly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
