Lead Principal Platform Software Engineer

The Lead Principal Platform Software Engineer will be a leading contributor in improving performance aspects of databases, defining and developing software for various tasks, and providing technical direction and mentorship to teams.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Enterprise software suites
• Extensive knowledge of DB and SQL, Transaction/locking concepts, schema design, performance monitoring and tuning, and ability to write/maintain sql/plsql code
• Knowledge of Oracle Database administration and architecture
• Strong Architectural concepts around Cloud Computing and base software Development
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, good and clean code practices, security/performance‑by‑design practices, debugging discipline
• Experience with load testing tools, profiling tools and regression testing, observability (logging/metrics/tracing)
• Ability to lead design reviews, evaluating new technologies, estimating and managing small projects, and mentoring teams
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
• Knowledge and know-how in latest AI advents is a big plus as AI based tools development is in the pipeline
